Thank you for hosting Fiona's 8th Birthday Paint pARTy with us at Wave Art!

Here’s what’s included in our creative celebration:

🎂 What’s Included:

🎨 A personalised invitation based on your child’s chosen theme, please send through what you would like on your child's invitation

🎨 An original artwork designed exclusively for your party by Artist Ali Greene - please allow 10days for this to be created, or you can choose from former options

🎨 A 2-hour guided painting session where each child creates and takes home their very own masterpiece minimum size 12x12

🎉 A dedicated party space for BYO cake, food, and fun—plus a scheduled break from painting to enjoy it

🧊 Access to our fridge and small kitchenette for your convenience

⏰ Party Time:

Saturday 2:00pm - 4:00pm

💰 Pricing:

Paint pARTy (6–12 children): $500

Large pARTy (12–18 children): $500 + $40 per additional child

Deposit: $350 to secure your booking

Party Outline and Considerations

Just a few things to note for your upcoming Paint pARTy:

Arrival: One adult can arrive 30 minutes before the party to set up personal decorations and BYO food. The birthday child and family should arrive no more than 5 minutes before the event starts to allow us time to finalise preparations and be prepared for accepting your pARTy guests on time.

Service Dog: Our service dog, Pixie, is part of Wave Art. While she is friendly, we ask that children respect her space and avoid disturbing or feeding her.

Photography: We may take photos or videos for social media and promotional use. If you prefer your child or guests not to be included, please let us know beforehand.

Paint pARTy Plan
This is a guide only and may vary depending on the flow of the event:
2:00pm – Welcome guests, exchange presents and get ready by putting on aprons, create name place cards.
2:10pm – Transition to the studio, painting concept explained and start painting the background.
2:50pm – As children finish their background, they move to the party room for food, games, and birthday cake. We will clean up, dry paintings, and reset tables
3:10pm – Transition back to the studio to paint the foreground and add details.
3:50pm – Finish and sign paintings. As each child finishes, they move to the party room for final clean-up and photo opportunities.
4:00pm – Collect paintings and prepare for pick-up.
